CONCEPTUAL SITE PLANNING OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

This project focused on the conceptual planning of an educational campus situated on a contoured site within a hilly region. The objective was to design a functional, sustainable, and contextually responsive layout that integrates seamlessly with the natural topography.

Emphasis was placed on minimizing land disturbance, optimizing views, and creating level platforms for academic, administrative, and recreational blocks through terracing and retaining structures.

The design also explored pedestrian-friendly movement networks, strategic placement of built masses for passive climate responsiveness, and maintaining strong visual and physical connections across the campus while respecting the site's ecological character.
